So, she didn't want me taking any pictures at home with the good camera. These are the best I could get with my phone. She walked into the building and went into class with no problem. She didn't even have her "night-night." I walked out of the building feeling so great and thinking she's got this in the bag, all the experience of bringing Rory the last two years prepared her. Well, when I picked her up she was beside herself. She had been crying off and on all day, as well as the rest of the class. She calmed down once we got in the car. So, I decided to stop by Baby Earth and sign up for a free music class. She had chugged a juice box in the car on the way there. We went into Baby Earth, I sign up for the class and then she threw up all over me. I caught most of it in my shirt and ran out the door. The nice lady came out to see if she could do anything. I apologized and she said she would clean up the floor, thank goodness it was tile, and not that much. We went home and she continued to throw up everytime she ate something. We skipped school on Thursday. She was feeling better, but I wanted to make sure we had a clean, fresh start the next week. Then the next Tuesday, I took her and she started crying when we got to the classroom door. That Thursday, I stayed for a committee meeting, and as I was walking out of the meeting room, she was walking down the hall with one of the aides, Miss Barbara. She had calmed down and Miss Barbara was trying to distract her, and it started all over again. For the next couple of weeks, she would cry, even starting at home. Ms. Lori said that she was stop soon, but cry off and on through out the day when others would cry. I think I even called one day to speak with Ms. Ginny, the director, because I was feeling so bad that I was making her cry. I just didn't remember it being so stressful with Rory. Ms. Ginny, said I see her playing on the playground right now, she had a her pacifer, but she looks happy. Finally, after about 3 weeks, she was actually happy and excited to go to school. The other day after we dropped Rory off, we came back to the house to make her lunch, etc and she got upset that we weren't immediately going to school. When I pick her up she says "Hi, Momma." She likes to tell everyone "bye" as we walk out of the building and especially loves the aides, Ms. Amy and Ms. Barbara.
